In this final episode of this series breaking down the two functions of religion, Val comes on solo to share some personal thoughts.  While one of our most important roles on the LDS (and surrounding) faith journey is to offer compassion to those around us in earlier stages of faith, those of us who have caught the vision of what spiritual transformation is cannot stay silent.  

Why?  Because the only way human beings grow is when those on the leading edge of consciousness development make offer a path forward for others.  
Each of us has our own path on what this looks like but one thing is certain--we all arrived where we are by the courage of someone else.   Listen to this one and ponder what your own spiritual leadership might look like!
